About This Spot

Stepping into Que Pasa Authentic Mexican Restaurant in Minerva feels like finding a lively, welcoming corner of Mexico tucked into the heart of Ohio. There’s a warm rhythm to the space—the hum of friendly chatter mingling with the clink of glasses and the inviting aroma of freshly prepared dishes. It’s the kind of spot where time softens, and the buzz is both comforting and alive, making it easy to settle in and savor the moment.

The atmosphere here strikes a balance between casual and vibrant, a neighborhood hub where locals gather to enjoy familiar favorites and explore new flavors together. The service, attentive yet relaxed, adds a personal touch that feels genuine, reinforcing the sense that this place values connection as much as cuisine.

As the plates arrive, the experience unfolds beyond just the food. There’s an unmistakable joy in the shared basket of chips with salsa that sets the tone—bright, fresh, and a little spicy—inviting conversation and slow bites. From hearty servings of sizzling fajitas to rich, comforting enchiladas, each dish carries warmth and care. Vegetables arrive grilled or stewed with a vibrancy that complements the deeper, smoky notes of the meats and cheeses. Even the smaller moments—the sip of a Texas Margarita or the comforting spice of tortilla soup—feel thoughtfully crafted, bringing a sense of place and tradition to every table.

Regulars often linger not just for the flavors but for the genuine hospitality—the smiles that welcome you, the little stories shared by staff who clearly enjoy the community they serve. This is a spot that doesn’t hurry its guests, instead inviting them to enjoy the unfolding experience at a natural, comfortable pace.

Whether you’re seeking a cheerful meal with friends or a comfortable, unpretentious dinner that tastes like a heartfelt celebration of Mexican and Latin culinary traditions, Que Pasa offers a slice of warmth and authenticity that feels both familiar and refreshingly alive.

Really good food at a good price. Service was excellent and food came quick. I had the Grande Burrito with steak and my wife had the Steak Fajita, both were excellent.

The service here is beyond friendly. I honestly went out of my way to talk to two other employees just to see. There is something in the salsa here; everyone is so nice! So what a wonderful day it is for tortilla soup. Theirs is very tasty; I love the zucchini and cauliflower in it. The meal my co worker and I both got was the Guadalajara Special. Delicious. I know this is important also, but I hardly mention it in reviews. Que Pasa is VERY clean as well. Obviously, this is appreciated by all, and they really do a great job.

All the tacos were delish except the fish tacos. It didn't smell fresh, nor did it taste good. The beer was ice cold and it came in different sizes

Absolutely amazing! Food was amazing, the atmosphere was very nice, and the service was great, too. The waiters were extremely friendly and were very helpful! Will come back soon!

The jalapeno burrito is not on the menu, its on the board as you walk in as a house special. I have had it twice and its my go to from now one. The size is huge and tastes great. Don't let the platter in the picture make the burrito look small, they are both bigger than what you get at other places.
